The Effects of Makeup

The Effects of Makeup:
Girls, do you ever feel like these are your only two options? You either look really good or like a complete train wreck? Ever gone out without makeup or your hair done and just feel like everyone is judging you? Or perhaps the opposite... ever gone out with a really good hair day and makeup done and feel like everyone is looking at you like "damn, that girl looks good!" And which would you prefer?

  1. This basically describes my life in a nutshell! haha. I wear makeup everyday, but sometimes if I'm sick or I know I won't be going anywhere I don't bother, but I hate looking in the mirror! I have never gotten a compliment when I wasn't wearing makeup, but I get many positive looks when I do wear makeup :) That picture is hilarious btw.

  2. For me, I feel much better when I am wearing makeup than when I am not, but I don't think I look horrible without it. I would much rather be wearing it, but if I am not, I just don't feel as good, not horrible. I would agree that I def get more compliments while wearing makeup though. I never really am noticed when I am not wearing it.

  3. The picture used for this post literally just shows how much makeup really matters! Like that is crazy! It's probably a little bit over-dramatic just to get the point across, but it totally does. I like how she's smiling in the half with makeup but does not look happy at all on the other half. But anyways, I totes feel like makeup makes me look a million times better, and I barely ever leave the house without it. It's just a part of my daily routine, I'm so used to it! Cool idea!

  4. I can't say I feel completely horrible when I don't wear makeup, but I rarely ever go anywhere without it just because I do feel like I look a lot better with it. When I'm not wearing it, I feel kind of weird because I look different, but I don't really mind it. But I would never go anywhere super important without wearing it.
