The Fabled "Runners high". Ever heard of it? Physcial activites like running or weight lifting are shown to actually increases the amount of endorphines within the brains which can cause one to get a euphoric feeling like being high on drugs. In the long run the more endorphines present in the brain also increase ones level of happiness. Do you all feel happier no matter how meager the workout is or do you only get the euphoric feeling after intense workouts?
